Online Program Usage Policy

All courses, educational materials, personalised coaching and associated services are supplied by Focus on Fun Dog Training Pty Ltd. Any coaching or guidance delivered by its directors, employees, contractors or representatives is provided on behalf of the company.

For products that you purchase from us that are delivered through a membership site, you will be given a username and password to access the course materials and website. In such instances, you agree not to share your login information with other people who did not purchase the product(s). You will not sell this program or duplicate and sell any of its contents.

Refund Policy

Every dog is an individual, and outcomes may be influenced by factors beyond our control, including the dog’s health, temperament, previous experiences, environment and the way our recommendations are implemented.

While we take reasonable care in providing our advice and guidance, we cannot guarantee any particular behavioural outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Focus on Fun Dog Training Pty Ltd is not responsible for unsuccessful training outcomes or loss, injury or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including the incorrect application of our advice or failure to follow recommended safety precautions.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability for a claim arising from a purchased program or service will not exceed the amount paid by the purchaser for that program or service.

You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the Australia with respect to any legal proceedings that may arise in connection with this Agreement. The failure of Focus on Fun Dog Training Pty Ltd to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to this Agreement. If you enter into any other written agreement with Focus on Fun Dog Training Pty Ltd, the terms of such agreement may prevail over the terms of this Agreement if such other agreement so specifies. Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Focus on Fun Dog Training Pty Ltd and governs your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Focus on Fun Dog Training Pty Ltd.
